If a character as himself is so nasty and unclean,
why does he have super white teeth?

Wario wasnt originaly disgusting... he is mainly known for being GREEDY, greedy =shiny teeth? I mean he is rich, owns his own castle and car and bike.. Wario Ware games make Wario seem out of character somewhat

Wario was not always disgusting. He was greedy. Take a look at the Wario Land series as well as Wario World for the Gamecube. In them, you got points for obtaining gems and coins. It was all about the treasure. He was an excessive treasure hunter, who took it more of as a need more than a hobby.

Also, for keeping his teeth clean, he ate garlic. Garlic zaps bacteria, as well as keeping your heart healthy and warding off coughs and colds. Have you honestly ever seen Wario with a cough or a cold after diving deep down underwater in the arctic? No, because he is less prone to obtain a cold.

Now, you would think that, due to wearing short sleeves, that he would obtain one easier. It could be that he has a warmer body temperature, making him less prone to obtaining a cold yet again. All in all, Wario's design is wonderful and well thought through.
