How will Luigi be different from Mario in Brawl?

As a smasher since the game came out, I've always found that Luigi is better suited for me than Mario is. He's faster, more agile, and his air moves are absolutely devastating. But Luigi is way too similar to Mario in melee that he needs to be his own character. His down B should be different, and maybe his smash moves should be sightly altered. He could also change his standard B move, the fireball, to something else more Luigi, maybe like somthing with Poltergust 3000.

I think that Luigi could get thunderhand instead of fire hand. In Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Luigi learned the thunderhand and mario learned the firehand attack. I think this is true in a few other games, I am not sure.

I think they will make Luigi actually faster in running than Mario in this game, and of course add his slippyness to the game too. I also really hope they'll be making Luigi more Luigi this time around. He seriously was a clone in the previous games.(talking about everything, not just moves) Expect to see some Luigi's mansion stuff. Probably his Poltergust 3000. And who knows he'll also have a cape, but now used for flying.
