Waddle Dee Throw

Due to the fact that the Kings' side B move is waddle dee throw does this mean that unlike Peachs down B move, turnip throw, there will be no start up animation for grabbing the waddle dee out of the ground since waddle dee throw is side B instead of down B?

i guess he just pulls them out of his coat, so there probably isn't lag, but it also means he can't carry them (i wonder what they were doing in there in the first place...).
