What if Nana is gone when Popo does the FS?

The effect could possibly be halved when only Popo is around to do Iceberg; although I believe he will still spin, if only by himself. I strongly doubt that one would completely lack the ability to use Iceberg if Nana is lost.
We'll just have to wait and see, though.

Nana will probably appear inside the iceburg and (if Popo didn't die) the glacier would melt and Nana will come back.

I don't think so... Sakurai will not make the hard work of you getting the Smash Ball for nothing it would be to big of a nerf... And Sakurai won't want a Final Smash useless except for Zamus.. Though I didn't think he liked the Metroid series that's why. XP

If Nana died, Popo would, too. Thus, they cant do the final smash if they're both dead, and they must if they're not dead.

It's possible that the iceberg will be alot smaller and less damaging than usual when Popo does it alone, making it easier for enemies to stay off the ice.
