Any Smash comps in Tassie?

ok, so i just got this game and i wanted to try my luck at a local tournament. the problem is that i live in the northern part of tassie and i never go down to hobart, i live 40 minutes from launceston AND im still 4 years from getting my drivers licence, is there any on? ty in advance

Sadly enough, there hasn't been a comp in Tassie for quite sometime. This is due to the disinterest and that most people who play/played live in Launceston and Hobart.
Atm the only actual Tassie smasher plays active are Me and Neon, who both live in Hobart and I am moving to QLD very soon.

Its always been a sad state :(

I live near exeter so i livenext to nobody with a nintendo console of any kind and the only friend i can get a decent game in with has moved to hobart and i havent seen him in a year.
sad about the comps tho, its the same about everything in australia, the mainland has everything and we just get ignored

It has been awful for me, having no one to practice against in smash really does suck. I guess when your whole state has less population then a small city.. you expect such gayness

Try getting in contact with Len, Chooker and Dino ,all still playing and after a challenge as far as I know.
If not any luck I have direct contact with all of them.

Unfortunately im only twelve so i cant actually get into contact with strangers at all so that dosen't work. Because of the fact that nearly every1 on the list in the tassie smash thread is over 16 makes it only worse.
Guess im screwed to playing noobs who never play the game until brawl (honestly i have 1 friends with a GC and 2 with a wii and none of them have even thought about getting this game:()
