shine delay?

ok i heard all kinds of things about the shine and i saw a lot of things from watching e for all videos... but is the shine going to be delayed instead of instant? it also looks bigger in some videos :ohwell:

First post....i heard and saw the same thing fox shine look much bigger, and i heard when you use foxs shine you must hold the b button then jump out to make your then move, you can take your fingers off and get ready to make your next moves as you would do in ssbm

Fox is tell going to be good, his shine going to be useful in a different way though, because their isn't wavedash i don't think the spine is going to be as deadly as is was before.

wat i heard the shine does big explosion than gets smallers and does the attak
