Colonel: Oh, and if he takes flight-

Otacon: His weight also acts as a weapon. Be careful of him or he'll squash you. Also, he throws these weird Kirby-like things called Waddle Dees...
Snake: Waddle Dees? Kirby-like? You mean that pink puffball?
Otacon: Yes, like Kirby. But sometimes he'll throw Waddle Doos or Gordos.

Otacon: He's also known to swallow people and spit them with great force.

From Metal Gear Solid 2 when Raiden's suit gets all messed up and he starts getting messages from the Colonel that are just plain weird. Eventually while fighting a whole group of enemies, the screen zooms out like a game over and it says "Fission Mailed" in corner.

in his first game appearance he's on pissed of penguin with the need to smack people around
with his hammer...he really has some issues...
