Sakurai reveals Old, New and Teases.

<p align="center">It’s Wednesday, middle of a rather mediocre week for Dojo updates. Today’s update is a stage we’ve known about for years, MetaKnight’s craft, the Battleship Halberd. Other than being the setting of a stage, it’s also the ship that’s been seen off the Primid.</p>

Not much has changed from what we’ve seen in the trailers. It takes off from its hanger (which is apparently sea based) and flies around with a platform following.

<p align="center">What’s new though is that you actually land on the deck of the ship, which also introduces a new hazard.</p>

You know, I'm not that interested in the SubSpace updates, or anything hinting at them. I just don't find the Adventure Mode that amazing, or interesting. Of course, I'm fasinated with the story idea.

On the stage itself, I'm pretty annoyed at the canon. I like stages like Battlefield, where all it consists of is a nice simple battle area, with no hazards. But I do like this stage, all up. As long as I can play it, it'll be all good with me. :p

Regardless, about time we have an update for this. Now we just need one for Mario Circuit, Shiek, Ganondorf, Super Scope, Lip's Stick, Crawling, Rolling...and then we should have nothing but NEW Stuff :D

You forgot old stages anywho this is gonna be the best hazard in a stage ever unless Sakurai can top this masterpiece which he probably can.

Another lame update in my opinion. I still say Munchlax was the best update ever, since it COMPLETELY confirmed 4th Generation of Pokemon to be in Brawl. Now Lucario has chances ><

To the Halberd... nice I suppose. I didn't expect to play on this Stage much anywho.

That's a pretty lame reason to dub it the best update ever.
It hardly helps Lucario's chances, either. Now he has 499 (or whatever) less poke'mon to fend off for a playable spot!

I wouldn't have called the Munchlax update epic at all, compared to things like the 15 second trailer, Ike, AT trophies being revieled, ect.

You know, despite the huge cannon in the one section of the level, I still think this stage will be tournament legal. But does anyone else suspect that the arm might grab you and hold you in place for the cannon? And how much damage will Ness recover from dB countering this beam?

I have to admit, I'm far from a Lucario supporter. I'm not a Lucario hater either. If he gets in, great, another to the roster, if not, I don't really care.

I'm just saying that I would far from say Munchlax was the best update so far because it meant Lucario now has an extra 2.3% chance of being in Brawl as a playable character.

Very cool stage, I like the ideas of it and it doesn't seem too complicated besides the arms and cannons which I'm sure you can avoid but have to watch out for. I guess Sakurai is trying to imply that it's metaknight's ship taken over in the Subspace Emissary. Maybe Metaknight will be one of the goodies in the story?

I like this stage, it reminds me of how Mute City is because of the platform that moves. It'll be a good stage, although, I think the hangar will be the main place people will want to be on simply because it's probably got more space to move as opposed to the deck. Ah well, I'll have to see for myself when I get the game.

I like it though and will probably play on it a lot, much like Delfino Plaza or Castle Siege. Just another stage that I will enjoy! =D

It took him long enough to show the Halberd. I'm surprised Kirby's Final Smash hasn't appeared on the site yet.

I have a feeling that Captain Falcon will be the next character update but I could be wrong, like always.
