The King has entered the building!

Following up yesterdays earth-shaking update is an update on someone who can literally shake the earth. The king of Koopas, Bowser, has returned, looking very sharp in his new Brawl look, with some info to posibly afect other returning vetrans.

<!--more-->While Bowser appears to retain some of his old moves from Melee, including his Fire Breath, Forward B and Neutral Air attacks, Sakurai has some interesting input regarding Bowser’s (and other vets) similarity to Melee.

“To be honest, there are a LOT of characters that offer a slightly different flavor this time around. If you think they’re all going to be the same as they have been, it’ll be rough for you.” What does this mean? More than likely he’s refering to changes in the physics of the attacks, like how diferent the characters were from Smash 64 to Smash Melee. Either way, only time, and Sakurai, will tell us if we’re right or not.

That Koopa Claw looks beastly. Hopefully Bowser’s Flame Breath is better because I hated it in Melee.

Yeah but she was kind of a maybe character. I hope they bring back Roy instead of Marth, Roy rocks so much more. I also hope Sonic, Shadow, Megaman, Zero, Nightmare, Starwolf, and Sora are in it that would be a roster right there.

I dont think bowser will suck to badly in this game. At least I hope. Oh and I pretty sure falco will be in along with wolf O’donel and Krystal. As much as I would love to have all the people you listed CJ Sakurai already stated that there would only be 2 to 3 third party characters (including snake). Just go to wikipedia and type in brawl, then read the inclusion of characters part.

It is sad that they cant have all of them. Maybe Sakurai will surprise us. But as long as sonic and megaman are in it ill be satisfied.

Deffinately. He could slow down time and attack everyone. Id like to see some custom robo’s in here. They could be assist trophies. They could come in and launch bomb, and pods then they could gun everyone up. Or maybe mach rider. Can you say Drive by?

Tizzight. Sorry had to say it. They should also make like Giga Bowser as a super Assist Trophy. If they don’t add Eggplant Wizard as a Character then they should at least have him be an assist trophy.

The best assist trophy would be me. I would come out and destroy Kirby Kid no matter who sent me out cause thats what i do. I beat KirbyKid in all games of super smash

He’s from Kid icarus like Pit. He has the power to turn you into a helpless eggplant. It’s pretty awesome. More likely though is they’ll include Pit’s Archenemy Medusa.

Yeah. Eggplant wizard will most likely be an assist and medusa a playable. I’ve never played the Kid Icarus games and it saddens me because they sound really good. I just might download it on the wii shop channel when it comes out and my wii gets hooked up to the internet.

Same her I’ve played the game and it’s really fun and kinda hard. And I have a good idea Falco***ker wants to be an assist trophy, well as soon as he gets released he gets approached by the Link from the CD-i games and they skip off together.
