Gimmick: Mind Points
Alucard can cast spells or transform using Mind Points (MP), that are regained by attacking opponents or waiting every 2 seconds.
By default, Alucard will have 100 Mind Points at the start of any battle. He looses MP if attacked by any attack from his opponents.
The cost of MP will be multiplied by 2 if a Command Input is used (Example: Hellfire - Input ↑ + ↓ + → + B | MP Cost: 15 x 2 + 30).


Specials :GCB:
Neutral Special: Hellfire/ Dark Inferno

Alucard swishes his cape open, conjuring three fireballs which move across the stage and burn any opponents.
Holding the "B" button will conjure a powerful meteor which explodes on contact with any opponents or walls.
Pressing "X" or "Y" while using Hellfire or Dark Inferno allows Alucard to teleport horizontally before conjuring.
If used while mid-air, Alucard will levitate in place for a brief moment whilst conjuring fireballs/ chaos meteors.

Side Special: Wolf Charge
Alucard temporarily assumes the form of a wolf and dashes forward at high speed, biting any opponent on contact.
Pressing the "A" button will make Alucard perform a belly slide to trip over any opponents or avoid their projectiles.
He can jump during Wolf Charge. If he lands on an opponent, he'll bite their neck, then kick them with his hind legs.

Up Special: Wing Smash
Alucard temporarily assumes the form of a bat and flies at high speed in any direction to deal damage with his wings.
Any opponents close to him are dragged along by the wings and finished off with a powerful soundwave around him.

Down Special: Tetra Spirit/ Mist Form
Alucard outstretches his right arm, summoning four spirits which pursue any opponent who is nearby or far away.
Using Tetra Spirit in point blank range of any opponent causes the spirits to encircle them, then strike one by one.
If held, Alucard assumes the form of mist, temporarily gaining intangibility against physical attacks and projectiles.

Shield Special: Dark Metamorphosis
Alucard crosses both arms while shouting "Dark Metamorphosis!", conjuring a red glowing outline around himself.
Once Dark Metamorphosis is activated, every successful use of Normals, Smashes or Aerials will recover some HP.
This applies to Wolf Charge, Wing Smash & Mist Form. This also changes Alucard's Final Smash while once active.
Dark Metamorphosis only lasts for 20 seconds and goes on a cooldown of one minute before it can be cast again.

Final Smash: Soul Steal/ Sword Brothers
Alucard raises his right hand into the aky, conjuring powerful waves of darkness that surround him while swishing his cape close.
Opponents who make contact with the waves are dealt damage, restoring some of Alucard's HP with every hit they deal to them.
If used while Dark Metamorphosis is active, the Sword Familiar rotates 180 degrees, conjuring a circle of light which spreads out.
Any opponent over 100% damage will be K.O.'ed. | (Command Input: ← + → + ↓ + ← + → + A or B) | (Mind Point Cost: 50 or 100)

I just made my own Alucard moveset, just in time for Halloween! What do you think?
Intro: Alucard appears from a coffin and steps out.

Stance/Idle 1: His idle stance from Symphony of the Night.
Idle 2: Alucard pushes his hair back.
Idle 3: Alucard turns his back to the camera.

Fighter Ability: Dark Metamorphosis
Dark Metamorphosis allows Alucard to heal slightly with each successful sword attack, but it has a time limit that becomes shorter with each successive use of his down throw. Missing sword attacks and using special moves depletes your time limit faster.

Special Moves
B : Hellfire; Alucard sends forth three flaming projectiles, all organized in a column (5% each, small knockback). In Dark Metamorphosis, holding B turns it into Dark Inferno, a single large fireball (20%, OK knockback).
B + ← → : Wing Smash; Alucard turns into a bat and dashes forward (15%, OK knockback). In Dark Metamorphosis, this attack becomes Wing Crash, which travels further and has armor (22%, medium knockback).
B + ↑ : Mist Form; Alucard turns into mist and jumps using his bat wings, making him intangible. In Dark Metamorphosis, Alucard flies higher and his intangibility lasts until he lands on the ground during freefall, but he exits Dark Metamorphosis as soon as he does.
B + ↓ : Dark Metamorphosis; Alucard dashes forward slightly and grabs the opponent before blowing them up in his hand (8% with a meteor effect, small knockback), allowing him to enter Dark Metamorphosis. If he grabs the opponent while he’s in Dark Metamorphosis, he instead launches them diagonally upward (16%, OK knockback), but at the cost of having to exit Dark Metamorphosis. Excessive use afterwards will not allow Alucard to enter the mode again.

Final Smash: Soul Steal; Alucard emits a blood-red aura that siphons away the health of opponents within the vicinity (50%, far knockback) and heals Alucard relative to how much damage he has compared to the opponents. Anyone above 100% at the end of the attack is instantly K.O.’d.

This is cool. If there was one thing i'd change, it would be the Dark Metamorphosis version of Mist Form being Gas Cloud.
