    I could see them taking a similar approach with dialogue and character interactions to Kid Icarus Uprising or the Star Fox games, but yeah, writing for 70+ characters (even when a lot of them rarely or never speak) is a tall order on its own.

    I'd rather keep Snake in tbh. I could live with him being replaced, but if it's with someone like Mega Man or Cloud, they could end up running the risk of being cut next game.

    Saki as a Marth clone, with the Neutral Special changed to Fox's. A fully distinct moveset would be more ideal, but I think this could have been pulled off. Partially based this on @KneeOfJustice99 's idea of Ryota as a cross-series clone.
