The game sells itself there's no need for gimmicks or a ridiculous huge roster or anything. There will be some mechanical tweaks or maybe the addition of a new mechanic, there will be 1-player mode overhauls again maybe return of lost modes or a revisit to sse styled adventure, a decent amount...

I really don't think Ultimate is re-releasing in any form, especially if Switch 2 is backwards compatibile. Relicensing Ultimate's fighters would interfere with NEW liscening requirements to say nothing about what happens when they're not a returning character.

Wait, Punch Out!, really!? You never cease to surprise me but then again that's why I love this place cause there's so much variety even though we all celebrate Smash. It's a fun franchise IMHO and my favorite is the NES game.

Way late but John DiMaggio is one of my favorites as is Phil LaMarr and I'd love it if they both were in the game. For females Tara Strong; Colleen Clinkenbeard, Monica Rial... Any OG Funimation gang basically.

Peach for me is strongly tied to SMB2 along with Luigi and Toad. So not only do I feel like Peach and Luigi feel great, I also feel a giant hole from Toad missing 😔

There's nothing about speculation that specifically annoys me but if we're narrowing it down to Smashboards yes.
