Thats because if you play Kingdom hearts long enough with the mindset of putting it's characters into smash that just feels like the natural way to go about them.

I still think he can work, since he's a playable character and is able to fight for himself instead of commanding the Pikmin to fight for him. So i think there's some unique stuff there to make a moveset for him, alongside him using the Pikmin types that Olimar and Alph dont use. Bowsers...

Young Link is the one character i would actually want to fix the moveset of. Im fine with every one else to be honest but Young Link is meant to represent Majora's Mask and he simply doesnt capture that very well.
